Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor in another ad
Now that their relationship is out in the open, Ranbir
Kapoor and Deepika Padukone seem to have become the most talked-about couple in
the Hindi film industry overnight. And Imtiaz Ali of `Jab We Met` fame will
direct them in another Pepsi advertisement.
`There`s nothing intriguing about it. It`s an ad to be directed by Imtiaz Ali
for Pepsi. Earlier, Deepika and I acted in an ad with Shah Rukh Khan for the
same brand. Now it`s just the two of us, and that should be fun. But what I
really want to do is a full-length feature film with Imtiaz,` Ranbir told
reporters.
Ranbir debuted with Sonam Kapoor in Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s `Saawariya`.
Although the film didn`t do well at the box office, Ranbir is inundated with
offers. He is doing Yash Raj Films` `Bachna Ae Haseenon` and Rajkumar Santoshi
has signed him for his forthcoming romantic film.
Sadly, just after cementing their relationship during the long outdoor spell of
`Bachna Ae Haseenon` in Australia, Deepika, who had the privilege of working
with Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh in her very first film `Om Shanti Om`, had to
leave for a long shooting schedule for Nikhil Advani`s `Chandni Chowk To China`.

Hollywood studio Warner Bros is co-producing the action thriller with Ramesh
Sippy. Akshay Kumar features as the male lead.
Deepika returned to India this week and is all set to start filming the ad with
Ranbir. Deepika will team up with Saif Ali Khan later this year. Saif will
produce the movie to be directed by Imtiaz Ali.
However, Ranbir`s first cousin Kareena Kapoor, who is dating Saif, is not a part
of Saif`s first production. Apparently, Ali insisted on Deepika.

Deepika Padukone puts rumours for rest and admitted that
she is dating Ranbir Kapoor
After shying away and playing cloak and dagger and leaving a lot to speculation,
the truth has been finally revealed. Deepika Padukone confirmed that she and
Ranbir Kapoor are definitely a couple.
Over the last couple of months the question that loomed larged in the minds of
movie buffs was, "Are Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone seeing eachother?"
These new kids on the Bollywood block have constantly been in the news for their
love-life. Ranbir was linked to Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone was linked to
Yuvraj Singh, apart from their linkups with each-other. But speculations have
finally been put to rest with model turned actress -- Deepika Padukone --
admitting that she is indeed dating Ranbir Kapoor. Deepika has been quoted
saying, 'I am in love.'
"Yes, Ranbir and I are seeing each other. I am so sorry that the media will not
have any gossip to write about me anymore", said Deepika. In an interview with
the Mumbai Mirror she also said that love is the most beautiful emotion in the
world.
Now that their relationship is out in the open, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika
Padukone have overnight become the most talked-about couple in filmdom. As for
future plans to take the plunge and seal their relationship, the couple does not
have any such plans for the near future. At the moment their careers are what
matters the most to both of them, who are on their way to make a mark within the
film industry.

Pepsi drops Priyanka Chopra for Deepika Padukone
Beverages major PepsiCo, which has recently kicked off its
new advertising campaign for the ensuing summer, has dumped Bollywood actor
Priyanka Chopra as its brand ambassador.
According to industry sources, instead of renewing the contract with the former
Miss World which expired a few months back, PepsiCo has decided not to renew it.
Ms Chopra, who was signed in 2005 for two years, has been replaced by
model-turned actor Dee pika Padukone.
Priyanka had featured in a television commercial with Kareena Kapoor, which was
directed by Farah Khan. When contacted Pepsi officials refused to comment on the
matter. However, in an earlier interview with PTI PepsiCo India Executive
Vice-President, M arketing (Cola), Sandeep Singh Arora had said, "from time to
time we review the list of stars and depending on situation and who we think is
right, we pick and choose.'' As a part of the strategy to position Pepsi as a
youth brand, the company had recen tly kicked off its new campaign for 2008, 'Yeh
hai Youngistaan Meri Jaan' featuring Deepika Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.
The new commercial is to be followed by ads across radio, outdoor, Web and
wireless, besides a series of events during the year , which could even include
India's cricketing young guns led by M S Dhoni. - PTI

Finally it looks like a clearer picture of her
much-talked-and-written-about love life is emerging.
Yup, I'm talking about Deepika Padukone, who has three men eating out of her
hands.
Apparently, Deepika Padukone confided to her closest friend that she'll always
have a soft corner for Nihar Pandya, her first boyfriend.. and Ranbir Kapoor,
whom she's quite fond of. But the most special is Yuvraj Singh, and she couldn't
stop going on and on and yawn about him.
We wonder why she doesn't make it official once and for all? Unless she's
